Terms of Service

Picks Terminal is operated by PAC LOGISTICS LLC, a limited liability company established in the United States, with a business address at 150 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, Cameron County, TX, United States (the "Operator"). The Operator is an independent publisher of the website at picksterminal.com. The Operator can be reached in writing at legal@picksterminal.com for legal and contractual matters, at privacy@picksterminal.com for privacy and data requests, and at hello@picksterminal.com for editorial questions and corrections. We aim to respond to written requests within 30 days. Picks Terminal is a publisher of statistical analysis: it is not a sportsbook, exchange, broker, or gambling operator, and it does not accept, place, or transmit wagers.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow under-18 accounts.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the posts, analyses, comments, and reviews you publish. By submitting content, you grant Picks Terminal a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with our community guidelines (no harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, or doxxing).

Significant portions of the Service — matchup previews, win probabilities, tactical breakdowns, and daily analyst posts — are generated by AI systems from publicly available information. This content may contain inaccuracies and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Picks Terminal is not a sportsbook, broker, or financial advisor. Probabilities, picks, and analyses are opinions and statistical estimates, not guarantees. Any wagering decisions you make are your own. Gambling carries financial risk and can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a problem, contact your local helpline (in the US: 1-800-GAMBLER).

Paid subscriptions, when offered, are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Because access is granted immediately, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or where the Service was unavailable for an extended period — in those cases email legal@picksterminal.com within 14 days and we will review the charge. If paid subscriptions are not currently available, no charge can be made and any pricing shown is indicative only.

The Service may display advertising from third-party ad networks (including, where applicable, Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or similar providers). Ads may be targeted based on context and, where permitted and where you consent, on inferred interests. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Picks Terminal, including its branding, code, design, and original content, is owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. The names, logos, and statistics of athletes, organizations, and leagues mentioned on the Service are the property of their respective owners. Picks Terminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC, Zuffa LLC, or any sports league.

Do not (a) scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the Service except via interfaces we provide; (b) attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or paywalls; (c) interfere with other users; or (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANALYSES OR PROBABILITIES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKS TERMINAL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR WAGERS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picks Terminal from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable federal laws of the United States, where the Operator, PAC LOGISTICS LLC, is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas, United States, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
